If that does not work, sometimes your Internet browser may be the cause of the problems you experience on our games. To fix your problem, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Please follow the instructions below.

Internet Explorer 6.0
Click "Tools," then "Internet Options."
On the General tab, in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button.
Select "Delete Cookies."
Click "Close."
"Quit" the browser.

Internet Explorer 7.0
Click "Tools," then "Delete Browsing History."
In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click on "Delete Files" and select "Yes."
In the "Cookies" section, click on "Delete Cookies" and select "Yes."
Click "Close."
"Quit" the browser.

Internet Explorer 8.0
On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click "Internet Options."
The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click the "Delete…" button.
In the "Delete Browsing History" window that comes up, make sure that "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are selected.
Click the "Delete" button and restart the browser.

Safari 3.0 and 4.0
Open Safari.
Select "Empty Cache."
Click "Empty" on the "Are you sure?" message.
Select "Preferences," then the Security tab, "Show Cookies," "Remove All."
Firefox 3.0 for PCs and Macs
Click "Tools" and select "Clear Private Data."
Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
Click on "Clear Private Data Now."
Exit and relaunch browser.

Firefox 3.5 for PCs and Macs
Click "Tools" and select "Clear Recent History."
Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
Click on "Clear Now."
Exit and relaunch browser.
Google Chrome for Macs
Click the "Chrome" category and select "Clear Browsing Data."
Make sure that "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site data" are selected.
Click on "Clear browsing data."
Exit and relaunch the browser.

Google Chrome for PCs
Click the "wrench" icon in the top right-hand corner and select "Options."
In the "Under the Hood" tab, click the "Clear browsing data..." button.
Make sure that "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site data" are selected.
Click on "Clear browsing data."
Exit and relaunch the browser.

Sometimes after you have completed an offer and waited for a day or so, you find that you are still missing the spins from the offer you have completed. Unfortunately, we cannot issues credits or spins until we receive notification from our advertisers. Here are the steps you can take to get your missing spins faster.

1. You need to know what is the name of the offer and who is the offer wall provider ( Is it Peanut Labs/ Trial Pay/ Payment Wall/ Video Offers/ Rewards Bar?). 

2. Once you know these two information, go to the correct offer wall provider tab at www.cashdazzle.com/morecredit or www.lalaloot.com/morecredit or www.mommymoolah.com/morecredit and click on “Support” or “Help” or “Need Help?” or “Check Offer Status”.

From there, you will be able to contact the offer wall provider’s customer support and reach out to them for your missing spin by giving the name of the offer. See picture below and click it to make it larger

3. The above method will be the best and fastest way for you to get your missing spins (other than video/rewards bar), however in the case that you cannot do so, you can also send an email to our customer support by telling us the following information in the email:

- name of the offer

- name of the offer wall provider (Is it Peanut Labs/ Trial Pay/ Payment Wall/ Video Offers/ Rewards Bar)

- proof of completion (either a confirmaton email that you have joined a service / purchase an item OR a screenshot of games/systems that you have downloaded into your computer)

4. For missing spin issue on video, please send an email to Customer support with the following information:

- the name of the video

- a screen shot of the video that you have watched

5. For missing spin issue on rewards bar, please make sure that you have also done one search through the Cash Dazzle Rewards bar to get your 1 spin for installing the rewards bar and that you are logged into your account. If you have done so and still did not get your 1 spin, please email customer support. If you were supposed to earn spins for your online purchases but have not received the spin, please email us the proof of completion (confirmation email of the purchase), the name of the site and send an email to customer support.
